Please read the following terms carefully prior to using our services. The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the rental of our vehicles.
1. General Terms
1.1 Agreement
By making a reservation with Best Car Rental, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement implies from the moment you complete the booking procedure and finalize booking.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be aged at-least 21 years and should have a driving license (International Driving Permit or native) or to rent a vehicle from Best Car Rental. Additional age requirements and licensing may apply based on the vehicle category.

- Passport with Visa Stamp
Age Requirements & Security Deposit
- Must be of 21 Years old for luxury car rental hiring
- Security deposit of 1000 AED is requisite
- Security deposit will be refunded within a week after the rental period is over.
1.4 Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules in Dubai and the UAE, including traffic laws and regulations regarding vehicle use.
2. Rental Agreement
2.1 Reservation
A reservation is considered complete only when confirmed by Best Car Rental through email or phone. Reservations depend upon the availability of the vehicle. It can change due to unavailability or cancellation for any reason.
2.2 Vehicle Usage & Conditions
You are responsible for the vehicle from the time of delivery until it is returned. You must use the vehicle in accordance with local laws and ensure it is used responsibly, including the following restrictions:
- Do not drive the vehicle off-road or on non-paved roads unless the vehicle is specifically designed for such conditions.
- Do not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or other activities that may damage the vehicle.
- Do not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
- If any mishap occurs, you should not move the car from the accident’s location until the police complete its inspection. In that case, you need to provide all the requisite documents to Best Car Rental.
- You must pay the repair fee for car damage incurred during the accident and even daily rental fee for the period in which the vehicle was under repair.
- If the vehicle has any technical or mechanical issue, you must inform our car rental’s representatives beforehand. You don’t have permission to make any repairs to the vehicle by yourself.
- Renter should return the vehicle in the same condition when he rented it from us. Also, the fuel level should also be the same.
- The hirer is responsible for any case and issues regarding the vehicle during the rental period. Besides, he is also responsible for keeping any forbidden products, items, or tools in the vehicle.
- If you leave any cash or belongings in the car after the rental period is over or at the time of return, Best Car Rental is not responsible to keep them for you.
2.3 Driver Requirements
Only the primary renter and any additional authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. Each driver must meet the minimum age and licensing requirements.
2.4 Fuel Policy
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel unless otherwise specified. The vehicle should be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, an additional refueling charge will apply.
2.5 Insurance
All rentals are provided with standard insurance coverage, but this may vary depending on the vehicle type and rental terms. You may also opt for additional coverage options to reduce liability for damages or accidents during the rental period.
- If an accident occurs, you will pay the +20% of repair fee other than insurance coverage with the daily rental fee until the vehicle is functional again.
- In case of “TOTAL LOSS” (it means the vehicle’s damage is beyond repair), you will pay 20% of the total insurance of the vehicle + accident penalty of insurance coverage.
- To avail insurance, you must be of 21 years old with driving license history for at-least one year.
- If the hirer is not of 25 years, the hirer will bear all the repairing charges and damages.
- You can use the vehicle within the parameters of UAE only.
- If any accident occurs because of the influence of alcohol or other addictive activities, the hirer is fully responsible for the vehicle damages and for any legal charges.
- The hirer is responsible to park the vehicle at a safe place. He/she is liable to pay for any damages occurred during the parking, whether it's a natural disaster or the mistake of any other person.
2.6 Rental Period
- The minimum rental period at Best Car Rental is 1 day or 24 hours. The maximum can span across months or more. We also offer hourly rental but on special requests or terms.
- Each rental includes 250 km of mileage and a full fuel tank.
- To avail insurance, you must be of 21 years old with driving license history for at-least one year.
- Late returns and low level of fuel than provided one will lead to extra charges.
- Extra mileage can also lead to extra charges.
3. Rental Fees and Payment
3.1 Rental Rates
Rental rates are specified on the website and in the booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to adjust rates for special periods or promotional discounts.
3.2 Payment Methods
The main payment methods of our luxury car rental are debit or credit. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. If you pay with a debit card, we may require a deposit.
3.3 Security Deposit
A security deposit will be held at the time of rental to cover any damages, fines, or other liabilities. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in good condition, subject to any applicable charges.
3..4 Late Return Fees
If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed-upon time, additional charges may apply for the extra rental period. The amount will be calculated based on the daily rental rate.
3.5 Extra Charges
Additional charges may incur:
- GPS rental
- Additional drivers
- Child seats
- Vehicle damage or late return
- Toll fees, parking fines, or other traffic violations
4. Vehicle Condition and Damage
4.1 Inspection
Before you take the vehicle, we will inspect it for any existing damage. You should also inspect the vehicle and report any damage or issues before leaving the rental facility.
4.2 Responsibility for Damage
You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. If the vehicle is damaged, you may be required to pay for repairs and any associated loss of rental income during the repair period.
- You are responsible for all traffic fines and parking fees incurred during the rental period.
- You agree to pay the SALIK Fee as well.
In Addition to The Above:
You are also responsible to pay
- The car towing fee
- Decrease and vehicle’s market value after accident or any other mishap
- Court courses and fees after the damage of car
- Any repairing fee or amount for vehicle loss
4.3 Accidents
In the event of an accident, you must:
- Report the incident to the police and get a copy of the report.
- Notify Best Car Rental as soon as possible.
- Provide the information and go through the investigation properly.
Failure to do so may result in additional charges and a loss of your security deposit.
5. Cancellation and Modification Policy
5.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation at any time, but cancellation fees may apply. The cancellation fees will depend on how far in advance you cancel your booking. Cancellations made closer to the rental date will incur higher fees.
5.2 Modification
You may modify your reservation depending on availability. Modifications made within 24 hours of your rental date may incur additional charges.
6. Liability and Indemnification
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Best Car Rental will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the vehicle, including but not limited to accidents, theft, or any issues arising from the vehicle’s use.
6.2 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Best Car Rental harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the vehicle or violation of the rental agreement.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1 Breach of Terms
We may terminate the rental agreement if you violate any of the terms, including failure to make payment, using the vehicle for unauthorized purposes, or failing to return the vehicle in good condition.
7.2 Return of Vehicle
Upon termination, you must immediately return the vehicle to the agreed location. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and legal action.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Dubai, UAE. If mediation is unsuccessful, the matter will be brought before a competent court in Dubai.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Best Car Rental regarding the use of our services.
