A valid driving licence, your passport or Emirates ID, and a credit card for the refundable security deposit. UAE residents use their UAE licence; tourists drive on their home-country licence together with an International Driving Permit (IDP). Visitors from certain countries — including the USA, UK and Germany — are often accepted without an IDP. Message us with your nationality and we'll confirm exactly what you need.

21 for most of the fleet. High-end, performance and supercars require drivers to be at least 25. Drivers under 25 may be subject to a young-driver surcharge on eligible cars — we'll confirm when you book.

We accept major debit and credit cards. A credit card is required to hold the refundable security deposit, which is pre-authorised on the card at handover. The rental itself can be settled by debit or credit card.

The refundable deposit typically ranges from around AED 1,000 up to AED 5,000 depending on the car (higher on supercars). It is pre-authorised on your credit card at handover and released in full once the car is returned and checked for any damage or fines — usually within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Yes. Basic comprehensive insurance is mandatory in the UAE and is included on every rental, with a standard excess (deductible) you'd pay only in an at-fault incident. You can reduce or remove that exposure with an optional full-coverage / zero-excess upgrade. Fines, tyre, rim and interior damage, and off-road or reckless use are not covered.

Possible extras are VAT, Salik road tolls, fuel, additional mileage, late returns, and any insurance upgrade you choose. There are no hidden fees — we give you a full breakdown before you sign. Cars are delivered fully fuelled and should be returned the same; Salik tolls are reconciled at cost with no markup.

Each rental includes a generous daily mileage allowance (typically 250 km/day). Additional kilometres are charged at a transparent per-km rate disclosed up front, and unlimited-mileage options are available on request for longer hires.

Yes. We offer complimentary delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai — your hotel, residence, or the airport — at no extra charge. Just tell us where and when.

Yes, you're welcome to drive to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other Emirates. Just let us know in advance so it's noted on your rental agreement and your insurance cover applies.

Usually yes, though some high-end cars require you to have held a valid licence for a minimum period (often around six months). Tell us which car you want and we'll confirm eligibility.

Yes. Any additional driver must meet the same age and licence requirements and be listed on the rental agreement. A small additional-driver fee may apply on some vehicles.

Absolutely. We offer flexible terms from a few hours to multi-month leases, with better effective rates the longer you drive. Weekly rates are noticeably cheaper than daily, and monthly hire offers the best value of all. Share your dates for a tailored quote.

Make sure everyone is safe, then call the police and our team immediately. Do not move the vehicle until the police arrive, and obtain a police report — it's required for any insurance claim in the UAE. We'll guide you through the rest and arrange a replacement where possible.

Same-day delivery is usually possible across Dubai once your documents are verified and the deposit is authorised. For a specific date or an early-morning airport handover, booking a day ahead guarantees your slot.
