Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 June 2026
1. Who we are
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Best Car Rental Dubai ("we", "us", "our"), a luxury and supercar rental service operating in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and part of Legendary Car Rental Dubai. By booking a vehicle with us — via our website, WhatsApp, phone or in person — you ("the renter") agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility & documents
The minimum age to rent is 21. A higher minimum age (typically 25) and a minimum period of licensed driving experience apply to selected supercars and high-performance vehicles.
Tourists and visitors must present a valid passport, a valid driving licence from their home country and, for most nationalities, an International Driving Permit. Residents must present a valid UAE driving licence and Emirates ID. We may decline any rental at our discretion where documentation is incomplete or where eligibility cannot be verified.
3. Bookings & pricing
A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge your dates, vehicle and delivery details and the security deposit is authorised. Quoted rates are for the stated rental period and include comprehensive insurance unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary by season, duration and availability.
All prices are displayed in AED unless you select another currency for reference; settlement is in AED or another agreed currency at the prevailing rate.
4. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is pre-authorised on your credit card for the duration of the rental and released in full on safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection. The amount depends on the vehicle and is disclosed before handover. The deposit may be applied toward fines, tolls, fuel, excess mileage or damage as set out below.
5. Insurance & excess
Comprehensive insurance is included with every rental. In the event of an at-fault incident, a standard excess (deductible) applies, which you are responsible for; an optional zero-excess upgrade is available. Insurance does not cover traffic fines, tyre, rim, undercarriage or interior damage, fuelling the wrong fuel type, driving under the influence, off-road use, racing, or use by an unauthorised driver.
6. Mileage, fuel & Salik
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance (typically 250 km/day unless otherwise agreed). Additional kilometres are charged at the per-km rate disclosed at booking. Vehicles are delivered fuelled and must be returned with the same fuel level, or the difference is billed at cost. Salik road tolls are reconciled at the standard per-gate rate with no markup.
7. Traffic fines & violations
You are responsible for all traffic fines, penalties and administrative charges incurred during your rental period, plus a reasonable administration fee per fine. Fines may be deducted from your deposit or charged to your card when notified to us by the authorities, which can occur after the rental ends.
8. Care of the vehicle
You agree to use the vehicle responsibly and lawfully, to keep it secure, and not to: sublet it; use it for hire, racing or motorsport; drive off paved roads; smoke inside it; transport illegal goods; or allow any person not named on the rental agreement to drive it. Damage caused by misuse is not covered by insurance and is your responsibility.
9. Delivery, collection & extensions
We offer complimentary delivery and collection within Dubai. Please be available at the agreed time and place with your documents. To extend a rental, contact us before it ends; extensions are subject to availability and may be charged at the prevailing rate. Late returns without prior agreement may incur additional charges.
10. Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to the window stated at the time of booking. Cancellations within that window, or no-shows, may incur a charge. Where we are unable to provide the booked vehicle, we will offer a comparable alternative or a full refund of any prepayment.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for personal belongings left in the vehicle, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
